Yes, dynamic contracts between suppliers are largely the same in terms of price structure. Switching to Energy Knights, Engie Dynamic, or other dynamic suppliers has no positive or negative effect on FlexiO. Important: adjust your tariff in the MyFlexiO app after switching, so FlexiO uses the correct prices. Only switching to a fixed or variable tariff significantly affects operation.

We highly recommend switching to an ePOWR tariff (such as LIFEPOWR by Trevion or Optima by Energy Knights)

Yes, FlexiO can be transferred to the new owner when selling your home.

Procedure:
1. Contact LIFEPOWR support via the contact form
2. Provide the following details:
   - Exact date of transfer
   - Name of the new owner
   - Email address of the new owner
3. The new owner registers with this email address in the MyFlexiO app
4. We link the FlexiObox to the new account

Please note: The new owner must also activate the P1 port of the digital meter via MijnFluvius.

FlexiO works cloud-based. The FlexiObox collects data locally and communicates with the cloud for price information, weather forecasts, and the algorithm. The control itself is cloud-driven. Therefore, a stable internet connection is essential. When offline, the control does not work optimally.

No, after installing the FlexiObox there is NO re-inspection of your electrical installation needed. The FlexiObox is a small device that only communicates with your existing installation via network and data connections, without structural changes to the electrical installation.

The first month after activating your FlexiO account is free. After that, billing starts. For example, if you start on December 16, December is free. In January, you'll receive a pro-rata invoice for the days after your free period (January 16-31 = ~52% of €9.95). From the following month, you pay the full monthly amount.
