Can I reactivate FlexiO after a hardware change?
Yes, FlexiO can be reactivated after a hardware change (e.g., adding a backup box).

Process:
1. Check if your new configuration is compatible at lifepowr.io/inverters
2. Contact your installer, to check if the FlexiObox configuration needs to be updated.
Can I return to the Fluvius prosumer tariff?
The prosumer tariff (net metering) no longer exists in Flanders. All installations are now on digital meters. FlexiO optimises within the current digital meter system (injection + consumption separately).
Can I see when grid balancing was active?
Yes, MyFlexiO app > Real-time page shows 'Grid balancing' indicator. History: in the Earnings section you can see when grid balancing was active.
Can I switch to another dynamic energy supplier?
You can switch to another dynamic energy supplier without any problems; this has no effect on FlexiO, but adjust your tariff in the MyFlexiO app afterwards. We strongly recommend switching to an ePOWR tariff such as LIFEPOWR by Trevion or Optima by Energy Knights.

Can I temporarily disable FlexiO?
No, there's no pause function available. FlexiO works continuously for optimal results. If you have concerns about specific behavior, contact support with details. To completely stop the service, you'll need to cancel your subscription.
Can I transfer FlexiO when I sell my house?
Yes, FlexiO can be transferred to the new owner when you sell your house. Contact LIFEPOWR support via the contact form (or reply to this ticket) and provide the exact transfer date, the name, and the email address of the new owner. The new owner then registers with this email address in the MyFlexiO app, after which we link the FlexiObox to the new account. Remember that the new owner must also reactivate the P1 port of the digital meter via MijnFluvius!
Does FlexiO control cloud-based or locally?
FlexiO works cloud-based. The FlexiObox collects data locally and communicates with the cloud for price information, weather forecasts, and the algorithm. The control itself is cloud-driven. Therefore, a stable internet connection is essential. When offline, the control does not work optimally.
Do I get a refund if my FlexiObox was offline for a long time?
If your FlexiObox and energy installation is configured and installed correctly, your system should fallback on self consumption. 

If your system is offline due to your local internet connection issues, LIFEPOWR will not refund your subscription fee. If a system is offline for several days, LIFEPOWR will send you an email to notify you. Always check your spam folder. 
Do I need to have my electrical installation re‑inspected after installing the FlexiObox?
No, after installing the FlexiObox there is NO re-inspection of your electrical installation needed. The FlexiObox is a small device that only communicates with your existing installation via network and data connections, without structural changes to the electrical installation.
How does FlexiO work with the capacity tariff (monthly peak)?
FlexiO actively protects you from a high monthly peak by reserving a portion of the battery capacity and deploying it during high consumption to lower the peak. The system learns your consumption pattern and anticipates peaks, resulting in a lower energy bill.
