How do I become a FlexiO installer or partner?
LIFEPOWR only works with certified installers, become one of our certified installers via:

LIFEPOWR training:
1. Register for a training via this link
2. Complete the training - You'll get access to the installer portal

LIFEPOWR Academy:
  1. Soon online

View the list of existing partners at lifepowr.io/onzepartners. Some partners also work with sub-installers. You can also contact an existing partner in your region to collaborate.
I'm getting an error during registration - what now?
If you get an error message during registration, this can have various causes:

Email address already in use: You may have already created an account before. Try resetting your password via the "Forgot password" function.

Incorrect EAN code: Check if you've entered the correct EAN code. You can find it on your energy bill (usually an 18-digit code).

Server timeout: Sometimes the server is temporarily overloaded. Wait a few minutes and try again.

If the problem persists, contact our support and include a screenshot of the error message so we can help you quickly.
Why are my savings not showing or €0?
If you don't see savings in the MyFlexiO app, check the following:

1. Is your energy tariff correctly set?
- Go to Settings → FlexiObox → Energy tariff
- Check if your current tariff is selected
- With a variable single tariff, savings are limited

2. Has your installation recently been activated?
- The first week(s) FlexiO collects data to learn your consumption pattern
- Savings become visible over time

3. Do you have a technical problem?
- Check the system status in the app for error messages.
- Contact support if there are error messages
Can FlexiO control my heat pump, boiler, or underfloor heating?
Not directly - FlexiO does not individually control heat pumps and boilers like batteries or chargers.

What FlexiO does:
- By default, FlexiO takes heat pumps into account as large consumers through the consumption pattern algorithm
- Consumption is included in the strategy for battery control and peak avoidance

Advanced option:
For more precise control, it's possible to connect the heat pump via FlexiO's built-in API. Note: this requires technical knowledge.

Future:
LIFEPOWR is looking for ready-made solutions that are future-proof for heat modules.
Is Smappee charger compatible with FlexiO?
No, Smappee chargers are not compatible with FlexiO.

Reason:
Smappee has a closed system that FlexiO cannot integrate with. Smappee has its own intelligence and does not communicate with external EMS+ systems.

Can they work alongside each other?
Yes, both systems can function side by side:
- FlexiO recognises the consumption pattern of your Smappee charger as a large home consumer
- This is included by the algorithm in the expected consumption
- FlexiO takes this into account in the battery strategy

Disadvantage:
The charging sessions are seen by FlexiO as regular consumption. Smappee will probably not fast charge when prices are high, and FlexiO can respond smartly to this.
My FlexiObox is offline - what now?
1. First, check if your FlexiObox has power by verifying the LED is on. 
2. Then check your internet connection and ethernet cable, and try restarting your router. 
3. If that doesn't help, restart the FlexiObox by unplugging it, waiting 30 seconds, and plugging it back in.
4. If your FlexiObox is still offline after these steps, please contact support.

If the FlexiObox shows no LED (red or green), or only shows a red light that is slowly pulsating, there might be an issue with your power supply. Try another power supply (eg. from your phone) to see if this solves your issue.
I can't log in to the MyFlexiO app
Make sure you're using the correct email address. If you've forgotten your password, use the 'Forgot password' option and check your spam folder for the reset email. You can also try logging in via my.flexio.energy in your browser. If you're using a VPN, try turning it off as this can sometimes cause login issues.
What is the ePOWR tariff?
The ePOWR tariff is a dynamic energy tariff that is cheaper than standard dynamic tariffs and includes ePOWR services. 
Benefits: 
1) Cheaper tariff structure, 
2) ePOWR earnings via energy bill (no more waiting 3 months) 
Currently available via Trevion and Energy Knights, with more suppliers expected in the future.
How does FlexiO work with negative energy prices?
FlexiO protects you from paying for injection by applying curtailment:

What happens at negative prices:
- FlexiO limits PV production to your household consumption
- Excess energy is NOT injected
- You don't have to pay for injection

Why sometimes still injection at negative prices?
FlexiO always chooses the most economically advantageous solution:
- Grid balancing can yield more at that moment than the injection cost
- FlexiO automatically calculates if injection is net more advantageous

Important: Curtailment only works with hybrid inverters. With a battery inverter, only the battery can be controlled, not the PV production.

What does 'approved' or 'qualified' status mean for grid balancing?
Approved/Qualified means your installation has been technically approved for grid balancing. You're placed in a waiting group:

1. LIFEPOWR assembles groups with sufficient combined capacity
2. The group is submitted to Elia for external qualification
3. After approval, active participation begins

This process takes an average of 8-12 weeks, sometimes longer due to administrative changes at Elia.

Important: Even without active grid balancing, FlexiO already works for smart control and savings on your energy bill.
