If you get an error message during registration, this can have various causes:
- Email address already in use: You may have already created an account before. Try resetting your password via the "Forgot password" function.
- Incorrect EAN code: Check if you've entered the correct EAN code. You can find it on your energy bill (usually an 18-digit code).
- Server timeout: Sometimes the server is temporarily overloaded. Wait a few minutes and try again.
