Can I cancel my FlexiO subscription when selling my home?
Yes, you can cancel your FlexiO subscription when selling your home.

How to cancel?
1. Contact LIFEPOWR support via the contact form
2. Provide your FlexiObox ID and reason for cancellation
3. You'll receive a confirmation once the cancellation is final

Free period:
If you're still in a free period, you'll receive a reminder one month before the paid subscription starts. At that point, you can also stop.

New home:
In your new home, you can of course have FlexiO installed again once solar panels and/or a battery are present.
Can I change my EAN code afterwards if it was entered incorrectly?
Yes, if your EAN code was entered incorrectly or appears to be already in use, LIFEPOWR support can correct this.

Common situations:
- During registration you get the message 'EAN code already in use'
- You registered last year but the installation is only ready now
- A typo was made

Solution:
1. Contact LIFEPOWR support via the contact form
2. Provide your correct EAN code (18 digits, starts with 5414)
3. LIFEPOWR updates the data in the system

Finding your EAN code:
You can find it on your energy bill or via Mijn Fluvius.
Can I export FlexiO data?
No, FlexiO currently does not offer a function to export consumption data to Excel or other formats.

Alternative:
For detailed quarter-hourly data of consumption and injection, you can contact Fluvius. Through 'Mijn Fluvius' you can download your meter data.

What FlexiO does offer:
- Real-time overview in the app
- Historical graphs per day, week, month
- Overview of savings and earnings
Can I retrofit FlexiO on an existing installation?
Yes, a FlexiObox can be perfectly installed afterwards on an existing installation with solar panels, battery and/or charger. Requirement: your equipment must be compatible with FlexiO (check www.lifepowr.io/inverters and /chargers). Contact a FlexiO partner via 'Only need a FlexiOBox?' on the website.
Can I set a minimum battery level?
No, FlexiO automatically determines the optimal state of charge (SOC) strategy. Setting manual restrictions would reduce your savings and block grid balancing participation. If you have specific backup power requirements, please discuss these with your installer.
Can I use the FlexiO app on multiple devices?
Yes, you can log in on multiple devices with the same login credentials (email address and password). You can also always log in via browser at my.flexio.energy in addition to the mobile app. Your partner or family member can therefore use the same account on their own phone.
Does FlexiO savings calculation include the subscription fee?
No, the savings and earnings you see in the MyFlexiO app do not account for the subscription fee (€9.95/month for battery, €4.95/month for charging station, or €14.90/month for both). You need to subtract the subscription yourself to calculate your net result.
Does FlexiO support quarter-hourly prices (15-minute tariffs)?
Yes, since October 2025 FlexiO supports quarter-hourly prices (15-minute tariffs). For some energy supplier its automatically set. You can adjust this yourself in the MyFlexiO app under tariff settings. Note: this is only relevant for dynamic tariffs.
Do I need to cancel my energy contract myself to switch to dynamic?
Yes, you need to arrange your energy contract yourself. FlexiO/LIFEPOWR is NOT an energy supplier.

Steps:
1. Choose a dynamic supplier (Engie Dynamic, Bolt, Frank Energie, etc.)
2. Request the new contract - the new supplier usually handles the switch
3. Update your tariff in the MyFlexiO app once it's active

Recommendation: Consider an ePOWR tariff (available via Trevion or Energy Knights) for:
- Automatic ePOWR participation
- Lower energy prices

How do I interpret the graphs in the MyFlexiO app?
The MyFlexiO app has a History page where you can view several graphs showing different aspects of your home's energy use and production. Here's how to read each one:
Navigating the graphs
By default, the app shows today's data. To view a different day, tap "Today" and navigate to the date you want. You can tap any graph to see more details.
Consumption graph
Shows how much electricity your home has used throughout the day. The total consumption for that day appears at the top.
Solar graph
Displays how much solar energy your panels have generated, as measured by FlexiO. The total solar production for the day is shown at the top.
Grid graph
Shows your interaction with the electricity grid:
• Red = electricity you've taken from the grid (import)
• Blue = electricity you've sent back to the grid (injection)
Battery Level graph
If you have a battery, this shows how full or empty it was throughout the day. It also highlights the lowest and highest battery levels as percentages.
