FlexiObox power supply is broken - what now?
Temporary solution: Use any 5V/3A USB adapter, such as a phone charger. Permanent solution: Contact support via https://lifepowr.io/contact to request a replacement power supply under warranty (valid for 2 years). Be sure to include your shipping address.
Is my free period cumulated when switching to ePOWR tarief?
No, free periods are not cumulated. If you currently have a free subscription through another promotion.
What is the monthly peak and how does FlexiO help?
Monthly peak = highest quarter-hour peak in a month, determines the capacity tariff. FlexiO actively monitors this: battery discharges to flatten peaks, EV charges to avoid peaks. Result: lower grid costs.
Why doesn't my battery charge to 100%?
If you participate in grid balancing, your battery is intentionally not charged to 100 % because part of the capacity is reserved for grid‑balancing services for economic reasons. For a clearer picture, look at the results over at least a month.
Can I use the FlexiO web app on my computer?
Yes, you can use the FlexiO web app on your computer. Go to the website my.flexio.energy[VERIFY URL], log in with your email address and password; all functions are available. If you encounter problems, log out and log in again to refresh the data.
Does FlexiO also work with a variable or fixed energy contract (non‑dynamic)?
Yes, FlexiO works with all types of energy contracts, including variable contracts. With a variable contract you can still save, although the amount is smaller than with a dynamic contract. For maximum savings we recommend switching to an ePOWR tariff, so FlexiO can inject or withdraw at optimal moments.

There is one exception, the Empower energy contract from Engie. This energy contract works with blocks that FlexiO cannot read. All information about energy tariffs can be found in our knowledge base via this link:
How does FlexiO pay out grid balancing earnings?
This depends on the type of grid balancing you participate in. All information about payouts is summarized in a clear article in our knowledge base that you can consult here:
How do I reset my password?
Go to my.flexio.energy and click 'Forgot password' on the login screen. You'll receive a reset link via email — be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it. The link is valid for 24 hours. If you're still having trouble, contact support and include your registration email address.
Is grid balancing immediately active after purchasing FlexiO?
No, grid balancing via rPOWR becomes active only after an evaluation period of about 8 to 12 weeks. With ePOWR you benefit from grid balancing immediately once you have switched to an ePOWR tariff of your choice.

FlexiO, however, starts right away from day 1 with savings on your energy bill, so you benefit from local savings right away.
Is the power adapter of my FlexiObox defective after a power outage?
This can happen after power interruptions.
Solution:
1. Check if your power supply is still under warranty (2 years)
2. Contact us via the contact form at lifepowr.io and include your address details
3. If under warranty, we will send you a new, improved adapter for free
Tip: During a planned power outage, disconnect the adapter beforehand to prevent damage.
