What is meant by the “estimated energy bill”?
The estimated energy bill is a reliable approximation of the costs your energy supplier charges, based on the amount of energy you draw from or feed back into the grid via your meter. This estimate may differ from your actual bill due to contract details, promotions, fixed subscription fees, or temporary discounts that LIFEPOWR does not know, and due to any missed data when your FlexiO system loses connection. If your actual bill and the estimated energy bill differ by more than 15%, the LIFEPOWR helpdesk needs to review it in detail.
What is the best (dynamic) energy tariff?
To determine the best tariff for you, we recommend taking the V-test. Note that the V-test does not take into account the optimization of FlexiO and ePOWR. Use this test to see which dynamic tariff is most advantageous for you.

You can find an overview and accompanying explanations of all (in)compatible energy tariffs in our knowledge base via this link: [VERIFY URL]
What is the difference between Consumption and Acquisition in the History of the MyFlexiO app?
In the History of the MyFlexiO app, Consumption refers to the total energy usage of your home, including the energy you supply yourself via solar panels or a battery. Acquisition is the energy you draw from the electricity grid; this can be lower than your total consumption when your own generation covers part of it. For example, if your home consumes 10 kWh and you supply 6 kWh yourself, the acquisition is 4 kWh.
What is the difference between “per hour” and “per quarter hour” as a price interval, and which should I choose?
Some energy suppliers give you the choice for a dynamic contract with quarter‑hour or hour prices. If you have an installation with a large capacity, you can choose to work with quarter‑hour prices (you have a lot of capacity to store or inject a lot of energy in a short time).

Most energy suppliers offer either quarter‑hour prices or hour prices. If you do not have the choice yourself, find out which prices apply to you and adjust this in the tariff settings in the MyFlexiO app.
What should I do if a company wants to use FlexiO?
We will activate a FlexiO subscription for your company; send us the company name and the desired start date via our helpdesk and we will take care of everything.
Where can I find my FlexiO ID?
You can find the unique ID number of your FlexiObox on your FlexiO invoices (received by email) or in the MyFlexiO app under “System status”.
Where can I find my installation ID?
You can find your FlexiO installation ID directly in the MyflexiO app on the System Status page. Open the app, tap the three lines at the bottom right, and select “System Status”; the ID number is displayed at the bottom.
Where can I view my consumption, follow the battery control, or see my earnings in the MyFlexiO app?
The MyFlexiO App includes a variety of functionalities. All information has been gathered in a comprehensive documentation overview in our knowledge base. Here is the link to the necessary documentation: https://lifepowr.odoo.com/odoo/knowledge/56/knowledge/1143/knowledge/475 [VERIFY URL]
Which devices are compatible with FlexiO?
FlexiO works with a wide range of inverters, home batteries and EV chargers; view the complete list of controllable assets on our website via:

We continuously expand the compatibility list, so let us know which brand or model you would like to see added.
Why am I already being charged a subscription when I am not yet participating in Netbalancing?
The FlexiO subscription is not only related to participation in net balancing. It includes our full control and services. Even without participation in net balancing, FlexiO optimizes your energy flows.
