I’m a new FlexiO user, but I don’t see any MyPOWR price values yet
Great to see your enthusiasm! The MyPOWR Price charts will only appear one month after activation in the app, because we first need to collect some data.
I’m seeing very low savings – how can I be sure FlexiO is working?
If your savings are low, it’s usually due to an issue with your system or its configuration. This could be caused by a temporary internet outage of your FlexiObox, your inverter going offline or becoming uncontrollable, and similar issues.
There’s no need to panic—systems can occasionally go offline or need a reset.
Here’s what you can check yourself:
• Is your FlexiObox online and active? → Fix System Errors
• Is your energy tariff set correctly? → Your User Profile in the MyFlexiO App
• Does your system have any errors? → System Health Page
My MyPOWR price has suddenly spiked this month – what should I do?
If you notice a sudden and sharp increase in your MyPOWR Price, this may indicate an issue with your system.
LIFEPOWR continuously performs various checks and tests to ensure your system is operating correctly. However, if a problem occurs with your inverter, battery, or internet connection, FlexiO cannot automatically intervene. This can result in a higher MyPOWR Price.
Your MyPOWR Price also serves as an overall health indicator for your system. This helps prevent your installation from underperforming for months without you noticing.
If you see a MyPOWR Price that doesn’t follow the expected pattern, please contact our helpdesk. They’ll gladly review your system with you.
In short, MyPOWR Price is not just a price indicator—it’s also a practical tool to check that your entire energy system is performing optimally.
What devices are compatible with FlexiO?
FlexiO works with a wide range of inverters, home batteries, and EV chargers. Compatibility depends on the specific brand and model.

Check compatibility:
Visit lifepowr.io/compatibility for the full list of supported inverters and EV chargers.

What if my device isn't listed?
You can still use FlexiO. Non-compatible devices (like certain chargers) are recognized as 'consumers'. FlexiO learns your consumption pattern and takes this into account for battery control and monthly peak protection.

New integrations:
LIFEPOWR continuously works on expanding the compatibility list based on market demand. Contact support if you'd like to request a specific brand or model.
What is meant by the “estimated energy bill”?
LIFEPOWR measures precisely how much energy is drawn from or fed into the grid through your meter and can therefore provide a reliable estimate of the energy cost your supplier will charge.
This amount is not an exact copy of your bill, because LIFEPOWR does not know all contract details (such as promotions, fixed subscription fees, or temporary discounts). The result is therefore a realistic approximation.
Additionally, your energy supplier uses monthly meter data directly from your electricity meter, which can also create slight differences.
If your FlexiO system sometimes loses connection to our server, your inverter, or the digital meter, we may “miss” certain data points that affect the estimated energy bill.
If you notice a large difference (more than 20%) between our estimate and your actual bill, it may be due to incorrect settings in FlexiO, or your system going offline or losing connection to your inverter.
In that case, first check your energy tariff in the myFlexiO App. If it’s set correctly, contact our helpdesk at 03 / 377 42 56.

Why does MyPOWR price change every month?
No two months are the same. Your energy price is influenced by several factors: how much energy you generate with your PV system, how much you consume, and the income LIFEPOWR can generate for you through ePOWR and rPOWR.
It’s therefore completely normal for your energy price to be higher in winter than in summer. In summer, you generate a large part of your electricity yourself, and that energy is free.
By having your system smartly controlled, your MyPOWR Price is always well below the market price. At a glance, you can also see how well your system is performing.
The figure below clearly shows how the MyPOWR Price (green) changes throughout the year, based on production, consumption, and market income. The yellow line shows the average market price you would have paid if you didn’t have a smart energy system installed.
Why does the “consumption” in the MyFlexiO app not match the consumption on my energy bill?
LIFEPOWR measures the actual energy use in your home: the total amount of energy you need for your daily life.
Your energy supplier, on the other hand, only sees how much energy you draw from or feed into the grid, because they only have the readings from your electricity meter. If you have a PV system and/or battery, this is inherently different from your actual consumption.
Example:
Suppose your home uses 500 kWh of energy for daily needs. Thanks to your PV system and battery, you only need to draw 200 kWh from the grid.
Your energy bill will show 200 kWh, because that is the energy you actually purchased from the grid. In reality, you used 500 kWh, much of which was generated by yourself.
Why do I have a negative “MyPOWR Price”?
If you have a large system with relatively low energy use, you can generate a significant surplus during the summer months. FlexiO will sell this surplus smartly (at the right time) to your energy supplier.
Combined with rPOWR and ePOWR, this can result in your total energy bill for a given summer month being negative—in other words, you get money back from your energy supplier.
The MyPOWR Price is calculated by dividing your estimated energy bill by the energy you used that month for your comfort.
So, when your energy bill shows a negative amount, your MyPOWR Price will also be negative.
