What is the difference between the ePOWR tariff and a regular dynamic contract?
The ePOWR tariff is an energy tariff with extra benefits: you receive the same quarter‑hour or hourly prices as with a regular dynamic contract, but you also get access to ePOWR for energy trading on the imbalance market.

ePOWR tariffs such as the LIFEPOWR by Trevion tariff are a variable tariff on the front end, while behind the scenes you smartly participate in the day‑ahead market and imbalance markets. You therefore enjoy all the advantages of a dynamic tariff, but with the peace of mind of a variable tariff!

It is possible to combine rPOWR and ePOWR. All income from ePOWR and/or rPOWR is settled directly on your energy bill each month, which is convenient!

What is the MyFlexiO app version requirement?
We always recommend using the latest version. Check the App Store or Play Store for updates. Older versions may be missing features.
What is the price of a FlexiObox?
The price of the FlexiObox depends on your specific installation requirements; ask your installer for a quote. Additionally, there is a monthly subscription of €9.95 for battery control. A compatible charging station can also be controlled, with no extra cost for the monthly subscription.

If you only want to control a charging station smartly, that is also possible, with a monthly subscription cost of €4.95.

All subscription fees are listed inclusive of 21% VAT.
When should I switch to a ePOWR contract?
Switch to a ePOWR contract as soon as your hardware setup is fully in order (FlexiObox installed and configured).

Tips:
• The big difference is mainly noticeable in winter when price differences are larger
• So you still have some time if you install in summer
• Request the switch from your supplier (usually takes 1+ month)

FlexiO works with fixed, variable, dynamic, and ePOWR tariffs, but ePOWR tariffs get the most out of your installation.
Which energy suppliers offer an ePOWR tariff?
You can get an ePOWR tariff with Trevion (LIFEPOWR by Trevion) or with Energy Knights (Optima).

Why does grid balancing still show 'In evaluation' while I received an email about participation?
There can be a short delay between sending the email and the update in the app. Normally this syncs within 24-48 hours. If the status hasn't updated after a few days, please contact support.
Why does my savings amount differ from the simulator?
The simulator provides an estimate based on averages. Your actual savings depend on several factors, including your consumption pattern, tariff structure, weather conditions, battery capacity, and the season. For an accurate picture, look at trends over several months rather than individual periods.
Can FlexiO control multiple batteries?
In some cases this setup can be supported by FlexiO, but it depends on the compatibility. Contact your installer to see if your installation and setup is compatible with FlexiO. 
Can I connect FlexiO data to Home Assistant?
Yes! LIFEPOWR offers a local API accessible via http://myio.local/api/docs/. With this, you can integrate FlexiO data into Home Assistant or other home automation systems. Technical knowledge is required for configuration. LIFEPOWR provides this as a free service. We do not provide additional support for it. 
Can I disable the WiFi module of the FlexiObox?
Yes, this is possible but not available by default via the interface. The WiFi access point is on by default for installers and WiFi dongles. If your FlexiObox is wired and you don't need WiFi, FlexiO support can remotely disable the Access Point. Contact us via the contact form at lifepowr.io/support/contact.
