We are LIFEPOWR! A young and dynamic company, based in Antwerp, active in the energy transition sector and scaling up rapidly! We virtually connect diverse energy sources such as batteries, electric vehicle chargers, and solar inverters to broader networks of aggregated flexible capacity, balancing energy demand and maximizing the impact of renewable energy. As a service company, we support both channel partners and energy market players,  including energy suppliers, DSOs, and TSOs, with access to flexibility and smart energy management.



We are looking for:

An experienced Account Manager with a proven track record in B2B account management to help drive the commercial deployment of Lifepowr. In close collaboration with the commercial team and the CCO, you will play a key role in expanding our reseller network, managing strategic accounts, and turning market opportunities into tangible growth.


Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for our resellers, providing commercial support in a highly technical environment.
  • Support resellers with commercial initiatives such as info sessions, webinars, and sales trainings — occasionally during evenings or weekends.
  • Help resellers maximize the potential of their own networks — identifying opportunities with both new and existing customers within their portfolio.
  • Translate customer and market needs into concrete solutions and valuable product features together with our technical and operations teams.
  • Intermediate between customers and the LIFEPOWR operations team on technical questions and support requests.
  • Manage commercial projects and ensure smooth execution and follow-up of customer engagements.
  • Support contract handling and basic commercial administration (e.g., agreements, invoices, reporting).

Soft Skills

  • A natural organiser, capable of managing multiple accounts, priorities, and sales processes efficiently.
  • Highly motivated, with a strong commercial drive and a proven ability to successfully manage B2B accounts (minimum 5 years’ experience).
  • Able to work independently, take ownership of deals, and make impactful decisions confidently.
  • Excellent communicator, skilled in telling compelling stories that engage customers and partners.
  • Proactively nurtures and grows relationships with partners, anticipating their needs to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Strong administrative skills, keeping client records, files, and CRM systems accurate and up to date.
  • Demonstrates creativity and resourcefulness in developing solutions and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Results-oriented, thriving under deadlines while maintaining focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Conscientious and detail-oriented, delivering high-quality results while balancing time and resource constraints.


Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of business economics, with solid market knowledge in renewable energy and digital solutions.
  • Strong technical knowledge of renewable energy systems, driven by genuine interest and enthusiasm for complex solutions.
  • Solid grasp of marketing fundamentals and how they support sales and account management strategies.
  • Proficient in digital platforms, CRM systems, and project management tools to structure and track commercial processes. (Experience with Odoo is a plus.)
  • Strong analytical skills, able to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize account performance.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken; French is a plus.
  • Experienced in reporting results and progress against KPIs in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Comfortable managing a large portfolio of accounts while maintaining attention to detail and high service quality.
  • Technical affinity to understand complex products and translate them into value for clients.
  • Open to exploring new, highly technical markets and leveraging acquired knowledge for commercial purposes (e.g., trainings, workshops, or client presentations).
