How to request account deletion

Preferred method:

Open the MyFlexiO app, go to Settings, tap the menu in the top right corner, and select “Delete Account.” Follow the on-screen steps to confirm your request.

Can’t access the app?
Submit your deletion request through our contact form, and include your username. Our team will get in touch with you before permanently removing your account.

What data is deleted?

Your personal data is deleted in several stages:

  • All data from your personal account: your full name, email address, phone number, and IBAN.
  • All data related to your connected FlexiObox(es), including:
    • Installation settings, EAN, address where the FlexiObox is located, and energy tariff
    • Historical data collected and calculated by the FlexiObox, such as consumption figures, savings, and earnings

When is your data deleted?

Your personal data (except for information LIFEPOWR must retain to comply with legal obligations) can only be deleted once all outstanding financial transactions are completed.
For example, any remaining grid balancing payments may still be processed after your deletion request.
