How compatibility works

What is "ems+"?

Because it does more than a classic Energy Management System. A standard EMS balances your home's energy use. FlexiO adds a self-learning algorithm, dynamic price optimisation and access to energy markets. So your home doesn't just consume energy smartly, it creates value from it.

What does "Compatible" mean?

It means the brand's models listed here have been tested end-to-end with FlexiO and are stable for daily production use. If you see a "Beta" tag instead, integration is working but still stabilizing safe to use, but expect occasional updates.

What is "ePOWR vs rPOWR"?

ePOWR and rPOWR are LIFEPOWR's two grid-balancing services. rPOWR reserves battery capacity in advance for the grid operator; ePOWR adjusts the battery in real time based on energy-market prices. Both run on FlexiO EMS+; Cloudflex EMS+ currently supports ePOWR only. The "Recommended Combinations" cards show which services each setup supports.

My SolarEdge device isn't listed. Does that mean it won't work?

Not necessarily. We add new models every month and prioritize by request volume. Use the 'Request this model' button on any section above and we'll check whether it's already in our pipeline — or add it if not.
