Job Description

As Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at LIFEPOWR, you will play a critical role in defining and executing our commercial growth strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the commercial team, ensuring the company is well positioned to capitalize on market opportunities as we scale. Your responsibilities include recruiting, team building, key account management, business development and marketing to expand LIFEPOWR's reach and strengthen market position.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Growth:
  • Develop and execute LIFEPOWR's commercial growth strategy in line with business objectives.
  • Identify markets, opportunities and risks to drive business expansion.
  • Work with the management team to ensure commercial strategy aligns with business goals, and provide insight on scaling into new markets and industries.

Team Building & Recruitment:
  • Build, lead and supervise a high performing commercial team, including sales, marketing and business development professionals.
  • Take an active role in recruiting key personnel to support LIFEPOWR's growth objectives.
  • Promote a results-oriented and collaborative commercial culture.

Key Account Management:
  • Lead and oversee strategic partnerships, ensuring key partners are fully engaged and maximizing their potential.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions that align with their goals.

Business Development:
  • Encourage business development activities to secure new key partnerships and revenue streams.
  • Identify and close strategic deals that align with LIFEPOWR's vision and contribute to long-term growth.
  • Develop and expand relationships with industry partners to stay ahead of market changes.

Marketing & Branding:
  • Lead the company's marketing efforts to strengthen LIFEPOWR's image, market position and perception in the industry.
  • Oversee all marketing initiatives, including branding, public relations, digital marketing and partner engagement strategies.
  • Ensure LIFEPOWR is recognized as a thought leader and innovator in the energy sector.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as Chief Commercial Officer, VP of Sales, or similar commercial leadership position, preferably in energy, technology or related industries.
  • Strong experience in building and leading commercial teams.
  • A track record of driving revenue growth through strategic account management, business development and partner management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate high-level goals into executable commercial strategies.
  • Familiarity with energy markets, renewable energy technologies or energy management systems is a big plus.
  • A passion for innovation, sustainability and achieving positive change in the energy sector.
