As

QA Engineer

You play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

An idea of what to expect:

✔️ Writing and executing test scenarios and test cases
✔️ Setting up and maintaining test automation
✔️ Communicating bugs and areas for improvement to the team, including clear documentation
✔️ Investigate and analyze problems to determine root cause
✔️ Contribute to sprint planning, refinement and retrospectives
✔️ Validate software updates and new features
✔️ Test integration between web, mobile and IoT devices

Soft skills

• Self-starter with a great sense of responsibility
• Results-oriented with a hands-on mentality and strong problem-solving skills
• Independent worker who does not shy away from good discussion with colleagues to reach the best solution
• Able to explain complex topics clearly and communicate effectively within and outside the team
• Can handle time pressure and limited resources

Technical skills

• Experience with QA/software testing in an agile environment
• Experience with test automation is a big plus
• Knowledge of tools such as Webdriver.IO, Robot Framework, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Postman, JMeter, etc. is a bonus
• Strong analytical skills: you can reproduce bugs and help find the cause
• Experience with IoT, mobile apps (Flutter), web apps (Flutter/React) and API testing is a plus
• Basic knowledge of AWS Cloud and IoT is nice to have
• Fluent in English, both oral and written

Location and language

This can be a fully remote or hybrid position depending on your preference (office in Antwerp, Belgium).
