Delete account
Preferably, you request the deletion of your account in the MyFlexiO app. Go to settings, click on "Delete Account" in the top right menu and follow the further steps.
Are you unable to use the app? Then make a request to delete your account via our contact form specifying your username. We will then contact you before deleting your account.
What data will be deleted?
Deleting your personal data is done in several steps:
- All data from your personal account will be deleted: your full name, email address, phone number and IBAN.
- All data related to your linked FlexiObox(es). On the one hand, this concerns the settings of your installation, the EAN, the address where the FlexiObox is located and the energy tariff. On the other hand, this concerns the historical values collected and calculated by the FlexiObox, more specifically your consumption figures, savings and income.
When will this data be deleted?
Your personal data (with the exception of the data LIFEPOWR needs to fulfill its legal obligations) can only be deleted once all outstanding financial transactions have been settled. For example, it is possible that payment of net balances can only take place after the application has taken place.
